After calling around to other shops, I found out the labor charged was almost double what other shops would have charged. I was unavailable so they just did the work without my approval. Once they finally got my camper in, I was called one night around 8 PM to give an estimate for the work. I called almost daily from that point on and every day I was told they would call me back with a status update, and was never called. After a week I called and it hadn't even been looked at.
